Shipment of your parcel

Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within approximately 48 hours and signed for. If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left for you so that you can choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days or collect your parcel from the post office of your choice at 3pm the following day. If you do not make a choice, you will be able to collect your parcel from your local post office within 15 days.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are sized appropriately and your items are adequately protected.

Returning your parcel

MARA TEXTILES respects the legal withdrawal period of 14 calendar days. During this period, consumers may return, at their own expense, any products that do not suit them. This period runs from the day after delivery of the consumer’s order. All returns must be reported in advance to the Customer Service of the company MARA TEXTILES by email to mara.textiles@orange.fr.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: products cut fabrics and ribbons, tailored or exclusive.
MARA TEXTILES recommends that consumers return their products by Colissimo with a recommendation or additional insurance guaranteeing, where appropriate, compensation for products at their actual market value in case of spoliation or loss of these goods.
This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of the cost of return, which remains the responsibility of the consumer. The value of items returned “Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: cut, made-to-measure or exclusive products” will then be reimbursed by re-crediting the bank account (secure transaction) in the case of payment by bank card, or by cheque in other cases (postage costs not reimbursed). With the customer’s agreement, the value of the return may be re-credited to the customer’s account in the form of a credit note and will be deducted from the following order(s).
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the company MARA TEXTILES will make every effort to reimburse the consumer in receipt of the goods “Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: products cut fabrics and ribbons made, custom or exclusive.
